Vendorteardown is an index of tool teardowns. You don’t need an account to read us, we don’t ask for personal data — and we certainly don’t sell it.

What we collect (and what we don’t)

No name, no email, no passwords. During a visit the server and analytics may record only anonymous signals: device type, pages viewed and referral source — so we can tell which reviews actually help.

Cookies and local settings

Cookies are kept to a minimum: analytics and remembering your chosen language. That language choice is stored locally in your browser. You can disable any cookies in its settings — the site keeps working.

Analytics and third parties

For anonymous statistics we may use third-party analytics services. They see aggregated visit data, not you personally, and operate under their own policies.

Some links to tools may be affiliate links: if you click through and subscribe, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. This never affects a review’s scores or verdicts (see the affiliate-links section in the Terms).
